It was pretty awesome. I really don't know how to describe it however, I would like to thank God for his grace towards us!! He created us and allowed us to maintain a safe, healthy, productive life on this earth. Sam and Francia are very helpful and friendly folks! :) They both totally kept their cool while dealing with an internet issue in the store and were super adaptable finding ways to continue efficiently helping customers from their phones and iPads. I was so impressed with their patience, transparency, and determination to really help out and explain everything when sorting out an error with the rental return during all that too! :) (Sam also made my day by answering the phone with his “you got the bucks, we got the trucks” slogan that U-haul should absolutely pay him to trademark. A little humor can really save the day after navigating a whole moving process :) )

Sam was extremely personable and helpful in expediting my reservation pickup process! and the return crew were very helpful and even saved me from getting overcharged for gas I didn’t use because they noticed the entry error. They were very understanding and saved me money so I thank them all for that! Moving is stressful and little details like these go a long way to make it a lot more pleasant of an experience in the chaos of moving.

The service I always receive at 383 Grand Concourse in the Bronx is always, 10 out of 10. They’re always patient kind and willing to explain things I may not understand, and I appreciate them taking the extra time to help me. From the moment I rent the truck/van To the moment I return it everyone is always pleasant and if any issues arise, they give me a call and help me resolve whatever issue I’m unable to understand.
