The location was changed on me overnight without anyone confirming with me. The app still displayed the original location on the homepage for pick-up, but when you clicked on pick-up it showed the new location. The new location was 20 minutes in the opposite direction. When I arrived, the associate was my himself with a line of about 5 customers. When I finally got to the counter, he had to ask me to wait so he could move vehicles around so other customers could get out. I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to complete the vehicle moved. This lead me to be late not only for the movers at my old location, but for the movers at the new location. The associate was great, but it’s unfortunate that all the customers had to wait because he was alone. This may be the last time I use U-Haul, I be looking for other providers and share this horrible experience with friends and family.

I’ve moved states three times in 7 years and this was by far the best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. Incredible customer service!! The men working Friday (6.07) around lunch were extremely helpful!

Manuel Mendoza and the whole crew were absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this location and the whole team. They really represent uhaul well. When I returned my truck they greeted me with “welcome back”! I was so pleased with everything today. I was pretty stressed out about the move and your team made it a pleasant experience.

Good people to deal with. Helped out a ton on which truck to use and got us into the right one for moving appliances. We're quick and nice. Truck was clean, easy to drive and fuel efficient! I couldn't say enough about this location being great!!! I will be a return customer to them!

When walking into the location it had an awful smell. The employee assisting me was rude and had an attitude. Was not helpful and had a demeanor that they did not want to be at work. He mumbled when asking questions and would get upset when he had to repeat himself. Acted as if I was interrupting his personal phone time since I needed to be assisted. If I could post 0 stars I would.
