Wow! They went above and beyond with the service today! My boss ordered boxes for me to pick up. She ordered a pallet of boxes and I drive a small Buick. Best case scenario, 3 trips in my car or rent a van. But they had a better idea...they hooked up a little trailer to their pickup and delivered the boxes to my store! I really appreciate everything! Thank you for the great customer service!

The blonde short hair lady with tattoos did not have good customers service she was very unprofessional about directing customers to there parking spots . More than 10 customers pulled and thought it was ok to park in a certain area and she continually disrespected customers by having an attitude while asking to love cars

Staff was polite, friendly, and respectful. Knowledgeable on the overall renting process. Ran into an issue with a combination lock on the back of the truck I rented. It took a good 30-45 minutes to get it cut off (by U-Haul staff), but they extended my rental time to accommodate for the time lost. Checkin was easy and hassle free. Had my emailed receipt before I left the truck. Nice, nice group of individuals. Plan to rent here for future moves.

We dropped off a moving truck at this location and stored our belongings for about 3 months. Our items were untouched and in there same condition when we picked them up as when we left them. Just a heads up, the individual units do not appear to have any lighting whatsoever beyond that of the hallway, at least ours did not. Our problem occurred when we closed our account for the storage unit. One of the reasons we chose U-Haul to store our belongings was because of a "First Month Free" promotion they were running. This was never applied for us and we were charged for the first month. When we brought this up with staff, the lady admitted that it was her mistake, as she had checked us in when we moved our stuff into the unit. She and the other staff member told us that we could not be given the value of the promised first month, but offered the same discount on any future storage unit, as the offer "has no cash value." They had no problem taking our money, but cannot give us the offered promotion.

Y'all from Lillie to the little short lady with the short hair cut in the front AVOID THIS PLACE. go to university Ave IF YOU CAN. This place is ruined! The store manager Chris York left what does that say. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Unorthodoxed. Unconventional. A HUGE inconvenience. The storage units are DISGUSTING and falling apart. I was late on my unit, proof my bill and late fees and the STILL continued to do an illegal lockout of my property and refused to remove their lock from my possession(s). Long story short AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost. They're RUDE to loyal paying customers and they will move just a lil quicker if you get police enforcement involved. I'm currently getting my lawyer involved in this incident. I also am making a complaint on this store and it's affiliates. I'll never do my business with UHUAL ever again. I'm currently getting my things out of their facility! :)
