Super easy to book, the whole booking process can be done online or in-person. We used the Normandy location, but they are everywhere. Jessica was awesome and accommodated our booking change for a larger truck on-the-spot. Transportation was great and made the move a million times easier. Drop off took 2 minutes, super simple. I highly recommend U-Haul for all your truck rental needs.

Horrible experience. Waited 45 minutes to even get to the front of the line as they only had one person working the desk. Then were told they were sold out of the truck we reserved weeks in advance. They told us we should have called to reserve instead of booking online. We started our move over an hour late and had to use a smaller truck. Terrible customer “service” and wouldn’t recommend at all. Seems like we weren’t the only customers inconvenienced. Would definitely suggest using a different location and apparently making the reservation on the phone *IF* you can get anyone to answer.

I went to this Uhaul Tuesday and rented the 19.95 truck with 20 miles....bill was 42.00. I went 17 miles instead of 20 put extra gas over what was required. The next day I see they have taken 60.00 out of my account. I go to Uhaul and am told they charged me for 2 days instead of 1 and the manager will reach out to me that day.....no one called. The next day I wake up to an addtl 18.00 pending to be taken out. At this point I'm pissed. I go back up there and the manager is trying to tell me I went over 3 miles....uhhh no I didn't.....so they refund me 25.00 and say that the 18.00 charge will drop off.....we will see because if not I will be back up there......but you better check your accounts because they are trying to get over.

Rude employees. In absolutely no rush to improve service or assist. Came for propane refill. Employee standing right at the fill station spoke to my kids but immediately walked away and ignored me once I got the heavy tank out of the car and carried over. The lady ignored me and my kids, too immersed in her phone after speaking to an individual she knew. I am fuming mad. Once she finally assisted me after another customer I arrived before, she was once against rude about having to do her job. But she was very pleasant to the black man. Guess my complexion don't meet the connection. Employee name is Jessica. Again, not happy. Avoid this location if possible. Terrible every time I come for anything. Hope this helps.
