There was only one person working on a very busy day over the weekend. He (Tyrone) was trying his best, but the line was 5 people deep and they all wanted to schedule a rental in-person. I think being more considerate of each other as co-workers and having at least 2 workers would be helpful to improve for the next customer. I would like to say that even though Tyrone was doing a lot of multi-tasking, he remained calm and friendly. The 5 stars is for Tyrone.

Trevor is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with and because of him, I will never use U-Haul again. So I rented a truck and when we got into the truck we found the gas tank was at a quarter tank but Trevor put it had a full tank on our reservation. We took a photograph and informed him before leaving the U-Haul property. He stated he would note the account and told us to return the truck at a quarter tank. The next day when we returned the U-Haul to the store, because Trevor did not do his job and never noted the account so we had to pay and extra 60 dollars at the time of return. I would not use this U-Haul location because this person does not do a good job. He will rip honest hardworking people off for an extra dollar. DO NOT RENT from this location. H

Check everything before you take the vehicle and after you bring it back. I did that. We moved our stuff 3 miles a way and total my trip -8 miles, I refilled 1.0 gallon of gasoline and in the and they charge me $30 for fuel service and $97.50 for fuel!!!??? Can you imagine what. It's robbery, they just still my money. Wona talk to manager.

Be diligent when being charged at end of rental. Was Charged double for everything from my initial quote for no reason and was not provided one. U-Haul rental went from 19.99 to 39.99. And my dolly rental was charged 14 instead of 7. And even my “$15” insurance I opted for was replaced with the 30 dollar option when charged.
