An employee named Brooklyn just took grocery money out of my kids mouths. We paid for the truck in another location and it went really well, returned it to the location on Woodway and they said we just had to drop the keys off. We turned the truck in around 12:00 and they didn't process it until 1:01. They then said there was less gas in it than there was, even though we just brought it from the gas station and put the exact amount that there was when we got the truck. Charged us an extra 15 miles, which we never used. So charged me $83 in fees, I hope corporate can go back and look at cameras to at least see that we brought it back on time. Wish I had read reviews before I took it there. Word of advice, take a picture of the gas gauge before you return it so you don't get screwed like I did. When we called up there they sounded irritated and said they were busy and they would call us back, never did. By the looks of other reviews it seems I'm not the only one and maybe management should figure out what or who the issue is with.

I have worked with this location for years when Chris was manager, he and the staff ran everything fantasticly. This new crew and management is robbing people by tacking on extra charges as they please by lying about the gas level upon return, waiting to book in the returned equipment later to make it a late return and adding extra miles. They're rude, don't know how to answer a business phone and obviously don't know proper costumer service. WILL NEVER USE OR WORK WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Have had a storage unit here for several years, went to it today and had multiples boxes with severe water damage and many irreplaceable things were destroyed and several valuable collectible items were destroyed as well. After speaking to management I was told that my unit and the one next to it had been flooded by an a/c drain that overflowed, why was I never notified or told about this when it happened? Now I have to file an insurance claim because they won't do anything about my property being destroyed by their A/C malfunction. Am now looking for a new storage facility

I have used this storage facility for years. I have moved out of state and still have my belongings with them. I just recently opened a business and was in need of a little assistance on late payments. I can’t explain how extremely nice and helpful the GM Amy is. I highly recommend this U-Haul storage and the staff they have!

My experience with who you hall at first seemed easy but when I got my items back.I was missing several things out of my storage and a lot of my specialism's like stuffed animals and paintings gathered mildew and mold. So if you do decide to rent a unit here make sure you put anything precious in a vacuum sealed bag. I advise not using the non. A. C units.
