I've had a storage unit with them for quite some time now. I just have boxes and clothes in there, it's not a huge one but there definitely are larger units to choose from. Mine is like the size of an average closet. It's a nice and simple unit. It's pretty much your average storage facility. No complaints here. Not once, not ever.

Richard and Loretta were so helpful! On the morning of my reservation, Loretta contacted me to confirm everything and to let me know what I could do to ensure a smooth pickup at arrival time (she confirmed my info and sent me the link to upload a copy of my drivers license). I really appreciated that courtesy call so much because it really did make my pickup process more efficient (I literally showed up and just had to sign and pay)! When I arrived they both greeted me with a genuine smile (that just doesn’t happen a lot in the times we’re living in). They were so friendly - it was apparent that they appreciate their customers. In fact just from the earlier phone call I felt like they valued my business and I hadn’t yet met them. The cargo van I rented was clean and disinfected which gave me an extra level of confidence to know how serious they take my health and safety. The drop off process was just as smooth! After receiving this level of customer service (which by far exceeded my expectations), I will definitely be renting from them again!!

The owners/employees were soooooo helpful and patient.I fell behind a month on rent and they were kind enough to give me a one time storage pick up without selling my belongings and without any charges as long as I got all of my belongings they wouldn’t auction it off.Great people I used this storage unit for roughly two years and they were amazing from day one until I moved out two years later thank you guys sooo much, beautiful married couple as well!!!!
