My partner and I recently called this U-Haul location for a truck to move, and the experience was very disappointing. The representative we spoke with was unprofessional, providing unclear information and responding to questions with unnecessary attitude. It felt like they were more interested in making their dislike of the job our problem than helping us understand the available options. In contrast, when we called the corporate customer service number, the staff there were incredibly polite, knowledgeable, made sure we had everything we needed.

The person who "helped" me rent the uhaul was SO rude and did not know what he was talking about at all. He did not explain the charges well and tricked me into the contract. He told me they were doing a special at that location but lied so when I got my bill it was way more than expected. He was also so unprofessional. Everyone at this location is very unprofessional, actually. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. You need better employees.

When we showed up to pick up the trailer they couldn't find it. After searching for it, they realized it wasn't even on location. They were able to finally find me a replacement. The lady in the office told me to contact the 800 number to receive my $50 guarantee since my assigned trailer wasn't even on their lot. When I contacted them they told me someone would be in contact. The person who contacted me tried saying they didn't owe me the $50 because I received a trailer. According to their guarantee it doesn't matter because my trailer was not ready when we went to pick it up. Now they won't respond back to me after I screenshot their guarantee and sent it back to them. Save your money and go some place that actually stands behind their products and their guarantee. This place was a joke!

Absolutely rude. I asked to get help with changing my reservation time NOT day. Was told everything was already booked. Which I switched my reservation yesterday to a bigger vehicle and was told there was no way I did that. I just wanted to change my time & change to contactless pickup. The gentleman absolutely RUDE. I then asked what time my reservation was for and was told "whatever time you set it for" that is not customer service. I purposely asked to see if he would even look into it for me or was he going to continue being rude and not helpful. I then called into their corporation and got my time changed within 1 minute and off the phone. Edit: I did get on the phone with their manager Jauan Scott and said he would speak with the gentleman.

Best Uhaul I have ever been. I was driving through here and had a trailer hooked up to my car pretty badly in Nashville. The people here for so great. They fixed our chains, cut the lock that had been grounded up, and fixed the wiring because Nashville screwed us. But here... they hooked us up properly and had to redo wiring to ensure our safety and others on the road. Best part their wiring expert was here too
