The service here is decent, but please check your vehicle before you pull off; saying things are OK. Vehicles are returned dirty and never swept by the attendants. They may remove the obvious, but not the small things, and if you return it the same way you received it, then it's possible you could be a $25 cleaning fee. So, either mention it to the clerk before you take off or accept as is and return it clean. Again, each time I picked up from this particularlocation, with the exception of one time (because I did mention it), I just took the vehicle as is and returned it cleaner than the way I... Any other location, I never have this issue. Vehicles are clean; can and 🚚.

The pick-up went smoothly. When I dropped off the U-Haul I gave the front desk clerk the keys. I also refilled the tank to where it was prior to me returning the truck. Also, the same as indicated on the paperwork. I received the call the next day from one of the workers saying that I didn't return the truck. I was also charged extra it seems for something. I'll definitely use another

I consider myself a very honorable person but I was disappointed to learn that the U-Haul representative was required to take a photo of me which I feel was intrusive. Had we been told this during the reservation phase I would have declined and rented elsewhere. I will not be returning to any U-Haul locations for this reason.
