My truck rental experience was amazing. I left my work key in the truck rental while I was moving. I didn't realize it was missing until the next day after I returned my rental truck. I went into the rental location hoping they would have found it during the cleaning process and they had it! I was so relieved and thankful.

Nice guys at the location, but the uhaul reservation system is the worst. Booked my hotel in Pasadena near the Raymond location. Received a text the day before telling me my reservation was moved to Glendale location on Brand. The complete wrong direction from where I was going. Got to Brand location and was told sorry but they didn’t have any 12’ trailers. They checked around and said there was one available at the Fletcher location. As I was pulling in to Fletcher location, I watched a 12’ trailer leaving. At the counter, they said that was their last 12’ trailer, but they would call around to find one at another location. I didn’t have the time to run around again so instead I just rented a 10’ truck. Uhaul reps were nice, but didn’t seem surprised by the mixups. Uhaul really needs to get their reservation system better.

Check out was easy and Joseph was very helpful when I picked up the truck (4/21), returning the truck was so fast and easy I kept asking if that was all. The bathrooms and the office were nice and clean. Highly recommend this location and staff.

Best U-haul location I've dealt with. Recommend setting up the whole rental via the app so you just pick up the keys and go. Super easy.

Matthew was super helpful…an easy, accommodating, simple process there at the Atwater U-Haul. Will I get a tattoo that says “I heart U-Haul Atwater”? Maybe. Maybe not.
