If you want to have the best help possible when it comes to renting a truck, renting a storage unit, or working out your moving/storage needs, Abigail Cummings is the person to go to. Just incredible service. I had purchased a few storage units from this location, and I got in way over my head. I spoke with Cummings about my predicament, and she not only worked with me on getting a great deal on a truck, she listened to my sob story and treated me like a human being. My suggestion would be, skip reserving the truck online. Find out when Abigail is working and stop in for a visit. It will be well worth the time you would "lose" by having to go in person. As a side note, i observed the way she worked with the previous customer who was in line before me, and she was consistent in the way she helped them out too. She will restore your faith in business and humanity.

I needed a smaller 15 ft U-haul truck for my personal moving needs & this U-haul location in Beavercreek, Ohio fulfilled my moving needs very well! No issues from my 4-day rental of my U-haul truck. I also used their "Moving Help" services to make my moving quite a bit easier too! Picking up my rental truck was pretty easy, the lady was helpful indeed. This was a local move for me. When I turned in my rental truck 4 days later, the 2 young ladies [Abby & another nice young lady] did the inspection of my rental truck at turn-in time very well indeed!! Their staff is excellent and very customer-focused! I'd highly using the U-haul location in Beavercreek, Ohio for your storage and moving needs. Their truck/trailer selections are a little less compared to larger U-haul locations, but in my case, they had the right-sized truck and supplies easily for my moving needs. 5 solid stars!!

So I reserved a truck about a month ago for our move 3 hours away, we needed to make a few trips to complete our move so I made sure to select a truck with unlimited mileage. I just got an email with a bill $418 for going over the 175mi allowed and they said I drove 300miles total. I know for a fact that it said on the computer unlimited, they claim they don't have anything unlimited. Of course with all the craziness of trying to move and dealing with 3 little kids when I picked up the truck I didn't go over the fine print, so I guess they got me on this one. It's just agrivating that I know when I ordered it online it said unlimited, I ordered that one because I knew we would be making several trips. Double check everything!

The 20ft truck we rented was great, but the overall experience was less then impressive. When we picked it up the employee didn't ask if I had an questions about driving that giant truck, there was snow all over the rear view mirrors, the back was completely open (which we didn't realize until we arrived at our location), but none of those are HUGE deals. Then when we went to drop it off 2 days later, we arrived at the time set by them, 9am, and no one was there. The door said they open at 7, but the door was locked and the inside dark. Another man was waiting outside to rent a truck got tired of waiting after about 20 minutes. We walked to the store next door and he said sometimes they are sleeping inside and don't answer the door. I get things happen, it's not the end of the world. But it was frustrating especially after we were exhausted from moving our entire house. Also, they were missing out on other business and no one would want that.
