Had items in storage for almost 2 weeks. Now my storage is roach infested. All my items were clean and washed and dry cleaned. Had to discard all my designer items and all my items in storage. Will never in life rent a storage again. At least Definitely not from this place. There was no assistance or reimbursements on damaged property from this establishment.

Braxton was absolutely amazing. Showed genuine care about my long trip and even made sure I was able to Bluetooth my phone to the truck before I left. Great guy and would recommend this uhaul because of his service!

UPDATE 9/3/24: On August 28th I was told someone from the Regional office would call me back within 48 hours to discuss all that had transpired. Shocker...nobody has call me back. I had no intention of leaving a public review, but since they requested I copy and paste to Google here it goes… We had a unit at this facility since July 2019. We typically only accessed the unit twice a year. Once to move everything out to take to a summer camp, and once to return everything once camp was over. We arrived about 11:00am on July 21st to take everything to camp and were told the elevator was broken. The staff said, we’ve been on vacation and came back to it broken, we don’t know when it will be working again. This meant two people then had to take six bands worth of equipment from the third floor down to a van we rented from the same location. That’s 6 drum kits, 6 guitars, 6 bass, 6 keyboard, 6 PA systems, multiple amps, etc in the Oklahoma summer heat…up and down 3 flights of stairs. The front desk people gave me the GMs info, I believe her name was Aubrey, to inquire about the elevator and or compensation on rent due to the elevator being inoperable. I called, left a message, and never received a call back. So we were left with no choice but to move out. I went back to the facility on the 18th of August to take the lock off, return the access card, and insure the unit was clean. I took a picture of the unit (attached) at that time, and processed the move out request, which was acknowledged via email on the same day. Yesterday, August 28th, a female called while I was working and left a message for me. She then called my partner, who is not listed on the account, did not introduce herself, did not state where she was calling from…just said this is about your storage unit, what you did was very unnecessary and now you’ll be charged a cleaning fee. Apparently sometime after I took the lock off and yesterday (10 days), someone went into our unoccupied and unlocked unit and used the restroom in the box set out for mouse poison. She was rude, accusatory and unprofessional, in speaking to my partner and on the saved voicemail she left on my phone. Not only could the GM not return a call to save the business of a 5 year tenant, they had the audacity to blame us for this disgusting incident after not re-locking the unit themselves, and after our move out had been processed 10 days previously. I hope for the sake of the other tenants they find staff that can treat people dignity and respect in the future. If this were not a national company with corporate dollars backing it, the staff and multi-story storage facility without a functioning elevator would close your doors.

Edit: I haven’t been able to access my unit in weeks due to elevator issues. Elevators are always down, or stuck on another floor as they are manually operated and cannot be summoned with buttons. Both were down tonight, which I didn’t discover until I was in one with a cart load of boxes to take up. My unit is on the third floor, these constant issues make it impossible to use it as I need to and have inconvenienced me uncountable times. Unfortunately I have large items in storage, otherwise I’d carry everything down the stairs and end my lease. Rent has gone up way higher than I rented for originally and without notice every time. Truck rentals and staff are easy to deal with but I wish I’d rented a more accessible space.
