Had to transfer my hitch installation from Bozeman due to a call off... When I got to Butte, the representative was complaining about his job, saying that he was the only one working and he's been opening and closing the past few days and worked 14 hours yesterday. He went to the back to call someone and decided to do my hitch. I cleared the trunk of my car out so he could do the wiring. Wasn't going to write a complaint until I realized he unbuckled my daughters car seat without telling me. Only realized when she flipped sideways...

Exceptional service. As always. Can't recommend these guys enough. Friendly, great communication, the indoor, climate-controlled area ALWAYS smells so clean when I enter some evenings. Plus the prices are great! Phenomenal place. Jessica and all the employees are doing a fabulous job there!

Just stood in this store for over 15 min without any acknowledgment or help. Front desk guy was more interested with answering the phone. In my opinion you have potential customers literally standing there and because we’re two younger women we’re blown off. Pathetic.

U-haul of Bozeman told me last minute the trailer I reserved isn’t available and I’d have to drive to Butte to go get it. This was an inconvenience and Bozeman U-haul were rude to me and refused to offer the $50 reservation guarantee. I called U-haul of Butte and Russ was very understanding and managed to get someone to drive the trailer to Bozeman so I wouldn’t have to go out there. It’s nice to see someone who works for U-Haul to be so nice and respectful and go out of their way to make a customer happy. I can’t say the same about Bozeman, especially Talisha.

Easy access, excellent service and clean equipment. Our truck was clean and warming up when we got there on a cold morning. The app worked well to go through the truck at the beginning and end of our use. Very happy we chose uhaul.
