Facilities looked nice and clean with plenty of trucks... However, the rental experience was NOT as nice as the facility. In my first truck the A/C blower wasn't working. Worked for a few min... once I got a ways away from the Uhaul location, it stopped blowing completely and never came back on, regardless of anything I pressed or even restarting the vehicle. Good thing I didn't start my trip yet, woulda been really upset to have no A/C in 90 degree GA weather. However, it still took time for me to replace the vehicle, and I even got charged for the mileage to and from my home to replace the truck! Wow! The 2nd truck was an immediate turnaround from a previous renter and though the back was clean, the windows and front of the vehicle were FILTHY, I had to stop and clean the windows to see clearly! Plus the dash lights did NOT work, so in the dark I couldn't see my speedometer, fuel, nothing, I used Google Maps from my phone to gauge my speed. All in all, a terrible rental experience from this location.

Storage not taken care of. Water leaks not repaired. Advertised as climate controlled but mold growing on all of my things. You can smell it when you enter the bldg. Insurance claim through U-Haul denied as no coverage for ‘mildew’. To me mildew is a musty smell, but visible white furry mold is MOLD! Storage unit is a total loss! NOT HAPPY!!!

Rented a few times here and our final time for a cross country drive in their largest truck. Team there is incredibly friendly and helps out the best they can as well as being very flexible.

Customer parking was a little limited today (business was very good!) but we managed, parked in an unmarked but safe space. It was obvious after a minute doing the initial vehicle damage inspection that the little ding mark decals/tattoos represent known damage which we do not have to account, but it would be good to tell the renter ahead of time, again intuitively obvious after a minute. Store has what appears to be all the necessary moving tools and accessories, was very clean and organized, and the staff was very friendly and eager to help. We haven't used U-Haul in a while, used competitors at the big box stores, but will look here first in the future. The price per mile seems a little high since we also have to buy gas, but I guess that is normal now. Doing everything on the app took a couple minutes to learn but is a pretty easy way to document everything. Overall, this old man is very impressed with this store.
