As the other reviews has stated the GM, Nick Cumpston, will accuse you of denting a vehicle after you drop it off. I was charged over $400 for what should have been a $50 van rental due to scuff marks and a dent which wasn't noted ahead of pickup and would have been physically impossible for me or the assistant I had help to do. When requesting any information about the pictures I accepted before pickup to prove my innocence I've been provided of only pictures post return as the GM is not cooperative. Avoid renting from this location until the GM is replaced

I’d recommend calling the National 800 number… easiest way to make a reservation. The staff was on the spot, not much personality, but quick and helpful. Like hey maybe a “thank you & have a nice day”. I was nicer to them haha Also 6x9 trailer isn’t great for two motor bikes

Yes I would, to be honest I read the reviews and still looked around for another place to rent a van. When that was unsuccessful, I crossed my fingers to hope for the best. The manager Nick was there, but I was waited on by a very kind young lady who was being helped by Ryan. My mind was put at ease, and everything went great. On return everything went smooth again. I will be back and maybe Ryan will be manager.

The storage interior was a perfect 72 degrees in spite of the heat outside. I left without my locker keys and the manager kindly called me to let me know. (Fortunately I had the unit numbers marked on them and he was able to look me up). I had units at Public Storage before, and moving to Uhaul was a great move!! So much better!
