Worst place to ever get a rental. They reel you in with that $20 price but you'll actually be paying $80 to walk out the door with the vehicle, an that's only for a 4hr rental. Girls in the front didn't even know what customer service means. Didn't rent here!

Didn't have our truck but had an equivalent. It worked out but it seems like we can never get the pickup truck and that's all we need. The other cost more in gas and is just way too big for our needs . Glad to have the job done but it cost way more than was planned.

I love the 24/7 convenience of the application. I did run into some problems with obtaining the key which was able to be resolved by a phone representative. I initially booked my reservation for 6am but didn't arrive until 6:30 I had a bit of trouble finding the truck and I passed the windows where the on location agent was already there but since I knew it wasn't time to open i didn't bother her and she didn't look like a morning person. I ultimately found it at the same time the agent came out and not very friendly asked if i needed anything but in a what are you doing here not in a how can I help you tone. I said that I had it and she left.I noticed it was very tightly parked next to another truck. I was able to reverse it. The night before might want to pull up any upcoming reservations and have them parked in front to make it more convenient for us. The return was a breeze and the employee cleaning the vehicle was very nice and friendly.

Dropped my trailer off early, got charged an extra day and customer service makes impossible to resolve. They were understaffed and trucks all over the lot with no place to park. Had to drive around the building a reverse in to a spot off the street. Corporate understaffs the business then takes the power away from employees to fix simple problems or mistakes.

I wish I could give zero stars. Michelle is about as helpful as the door frame you jam your toe on in the dark. Reserved a truck two weeks ahead. First, she tells us that they don’t have the dolly I reserved, so I have to get the more expensive one (probably just another shady business tactic). She takes our money and gives us a key for the truck we reserved. Did not even walk outside to the truck with us. There was a cardboard sign in the dash still that I had to walk in to her. The truck was disgusting. A two year old could clean better. No effort was made. The check engine light was on and when we told her she let us know that it “should’ve” been checked, but obviously wasn’t. Tells us they have no other trucks for us in that size. She then calls the owner to ask and then tells us that we could just drive with the check engine light on. Also the gas was lower than marked on our contract and the truck was disgusting, but we were told we had to return it clean or be fined. Very shady business. Pure laziness at this location. Called Penske and picked up a clean, working truck under thirty minutes later for the same price because apparently this is common that would be Corpus Christi Uhaul customers have to do business with Penske instead AND Penske actually gave us an extra military discount since my husband is a disabled vet. Penske has great customer service and they are not lazy. Clean truck and the employee walked out to the truck with us and inspected it with us. Go to Penske. Michelle is a lazy, incompetent bump on a log and that’s being nice about it.
