The UHaul spot is very unprofessional. The truck was there, that’s the only positive. The person working inside ignored me as the customer and was very rude when I walked in AND as I tried to return the truck. He stood outside and vaped while I struggled to figure out how to return the truck. It’s crazy how sorry workers are these days. I hope his boss will find a new employee. Also, If you go before daylight, a gang of homeless people will surround you. So do not do mobile pickup unless it’s daylight hours. I will tell everyone to avoid this U-Haul service.

I rented a cargo van which was and brand new. It was a pleasure to drive. Helpful and friendly staff. Large selection of boxes and moving accessories. Highly recommend.

Whew, I don’t even know where to start. Moved into my new home today using U-Haul and it was a nightmare, until the very end. Our movers showed up in no type of uniform smelling like weed and outside. They funked up the entire house. About 30 minutes before they were done unloading our things one of them said that we needed to pay them an additional $160 via Cash App. I knew that didn’t sound legit so I called dispatch to confirm. Dispatch informed me that was not true and to not give anyone any additional money. When I confronted the mover he said that he lied because U-Haul takes most of their money that we pay them. I’m very glad my parents raised me to question things because it seems he had been getting away with this scam for quite some time. I will say that Lisa D. at the downtown U-Haul location was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even after that disaster with the sketchy movers. Definitely ask for her if you have any customer service needs here. If it were just about Lisa this review would easily be 5 stars.

Came to this location to rent a truck, Lisa D was the only one there when we arrived and was doing something with the trucks in the parking lot and told us to wait…it’s 90 outside. We wait for a good 5 minutes for her to finish what ever she’s doing and she doesn’t say hello how are you or anything nice just, do you have a reservation? In a very rude and i”unprofessional tone. I stated TWICE that I would like to make a reservation for any truck they had available if possible. Both times I was ignored and she asked the same question do I have a reservation to which AGAIN I answered no. Then she shakes her head and says she has nothing to give us when we check the website prior to driving to the location and the website stated they had two trucks available… expected better when this local has such good rating but was greeted with a horrible attitude and horrible service.
