I had rented a unit and when the movers and I got to it the unit was locked out due to no payment. The movers loaded the truck back up because I was told there was a unit in another building. When I found the unit it was unsuitable. We finally settled on two smaller units. In all it took and hour and 40 minutes from when we first stood in front of what was to be my unit and cost me an extra $400 with the moving crew. I’m still livid. This is just ridiculous service. Stay away from this poor service dump!

Jon was super helpful and personable. From calling in to make sure equipment and truck size were available at this location, to small talk while getting stuff prepared in a timely manner. Upon return, Marcus was professional and transparent about charges and the total bill. Great location and employees.

I got a hitch installed today onto my car and they did an excellent job!! All of the employees were professional and very nice. The General Manager installed the hitch on the hottest day of the year, such a great job, such a nice guy! A++++++++
