Had a great experience getting the 10’ foot truck. My rental unfortunately had some battery issues and I was stuck at the outlets for 1.5 hours waiting for a service truck from bath. That’s fine and all, my poor experience came when I tried calling the local facility for assistance and was immediately placed on hold for 16-17 minutes until the facility closed at 7 with no answer and I was unable to call them back. Meanwhile I had someone else calling every couple minutes or so and they received the same treatment. I was optimistic about the situation but very displeased overall. Tow truck arrived at 830 and replaced the battery while tightening other connections and I was on my way. Big thanks to All-Season Tire for making the drive.

We were an *hour* late returning the truck (had to move all our belongings on our own, stayed up almost all night moving but we just couldn’t have it done in time) and in return they charged us for an ENTIRE extra day, as well as tacking on several other petty charges such as the gas tank being a gallon below what they wanted, and for driving a few miles over what we initially expected. The $115 we were expecting to pay ended up being almost $250 because of an extra hour and the one gallon of gas the truck was lacking. I understand that they’re running a business, and we were more than ready to pay a late fee or charge for the extra miles. But to almost double our total? When the truck lost a gallon or two of gas on the way from the gas station?? I would save your money and rent a truck somewhere else. At this location, they clearly care more about tacking on petty charges to make a quick buck more than they value a reasonable customer experience.

WORST experience ever!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. The truck I received was in poor condition, with excessive mileage and a broken air conditioner. I've already arranged for two guys to assist me with the relocation, so I don't have time to go back and deal with them. I will NEVER use U-Haul again from this location!!

Not this particular place but uhaul in general sucks as a company. You can never get a hold of a local person just wait on hold for the next available which takes forever. I do believe this is my last rental unless I'm desperate. Trying to rent a trailer is a real joy also(sarcasm).

This is the biggest uhaul I've seen. I received thorough, professional service. While I was in line an angry Karen called. She was entitled rude and bossy. We all heard her because she was on speaker. It was busy so they were trying to multi task. The woman was angry because she had been put on hold each time she called as was I! That's what life is like. You wait patiently. Anyway. They answered her questions without emotion. Handled very well. Love Uhaul and really liked this store
