Huge regret renting here. Before I arrived, I priced the pickup truck rental. I was informed $19.95 +gas & mileage and if using a debit card its a $75 deposit by Kajejah. I arrived and discovered some of that information was a lie. I arrived and discovered you can't use a debit card😐😡 on a credit card. I has to call my friend and she paid by phone with her credit card. I picked up the rental at 11:11am and I return it at 3:47pm and was charged $156.62 for almost 5 hours😐. I solely rented that pickup truck to deliver my son's birthday gift. I was charged $15 safe move insurance coverage although I was never asked if I wanted the insurance. I was charged a $5.50 vehicle license recovery fee😠. I don't not recommend renting here. One of the staff members have a nasty attitude. My 1st and last time renting there. Anyone is better off renting from Enterprise Car Rental and paying that $50 per day with unlimited miles. This please us certainly a rip off

I believe I should receive a refund for the very poor customer service I received. Swearing multiple times dirty truck, no one was there at 9 am and had to wait for 20 mins for someone to show up and when they did they didn’t speak a word to us. Said we went over our miles when that wasn’t true and did get gas which we took a picture of. The lady was very aggressive and rude. At one point she was cursing so loud that my boyfriend who was on a work call had to step outside. I have never experienced such disgusting and revolting behavior from someone in customer service in my life.

10/10 every time I visit this store. Ms.Linda is always sweet and very professional. Allyson ( if I’m spelling correctly ) was also very professional and sweet. If I ever need to do any heavy moving, this Uhaul store is always my go-to!

Employee there said her name was Aaron. She was extremely rude and told me to get out of the store when I asked about her being so rude to me. I spoke with management and they said they would give me a discount but did nothing. The general manager Charles told me he would do something about it and did nothing. He did not reach out to me. They did nothing. I will never return back to the establishment.
