The gentleman who helped me was friendly, straightforward when answering my questions about returning the truck, and went above and beyond to ensure my rental had everything necessary. I appreciated his respect of my time and attention to detail; regrettably I do not have my receipt with his name on it to say who it was specifically but he was working on 8/31 Saturday and 9/1 Sunday at 1:30 pm, thank you very much!

The return process through the app was a little confusing. But other than that I was happy w/ my first truck rental. Will use again if needed. Friendly staff and pretty affordable.

Daniel failed to tell me about the 100 deposit until I arrived to pick up the truck! The two cashiers didnt even know how to ring up half-debit half-cash payment. The cashiers also told me that the remainder of my deposit would be back on my debit card at 7am the next morning. Another Lie. When returning the truck, the Uhaul app had no record of my rental. I tried calling as it was midnight, but was put on hold until my phone died. I don't know how the other locations run their business but this was a total fail and I will never be back. Either you be honest with your customers or don't do business at all.
