Meagan did an outstanding job after we turned in the keys. She was very attentive with inspecting the truck and even told us about our small refund. The co worker outside was not professional but rather rude to my husband parking the UHaul truck. Tone of voice and inflection were contributing factors. If he's not happy with his job then he needs to take a break or suffer the consequences of his behavior. I did forgive him and prayed for him also.

I've been using U-Haul trailers for many years and each rental facility has its own quirks and occasional issues to deal with. This particular place, though customer parking is a little tight, is always a great, fast, and easy experience. A tree fell on my house so I spent the better part of two days tearing it down to small bits and decided to use a U-Haul trailer to bring the load to the recycle center. It was spur of the moment and had no reservation but upon entering I was immediately greeted by the owner (I believe) and was hooked-up and on my way in less than ten minutes. It's nice to be treated like an actual person from time to time, so thank you for that.

Terrible propane refill service, lazy employees. You will have to go fetch someone inside if you want propane in a timely manner, or risk waiting 20mins to indefinitely outside after pushing the "call" button. After you walk in to find some help, employees will be sitting around not busy; treating your refill request as a burden to them. Taking my business elsewhere, and so should you!

Only customer service oriented person was the mechanic/hitch install rep. The others sat inside the office and basically ignored people and I wonder what work was done for 3 hours. I came in at 0930 and it's now 1245 to tell me my bolt holes are rusted and can't get a thread started. This is a huge store location. I think they are used to the constant income stream. But here they are lacking is general customer service skill. For people spending almost $500 to have nothing done. The tech said van is ready and I left. I see why it's 3.7. Plus it's in lenexa I would expect this in certain areas of kansas City mo. Would I come back? Nope. Would I recommend? nope. Get off the phones and practice daily interaction with humans. Plus I heard them mocking about their boss.

Very nice experience. They were friendly, made everything easy, and explained their process in detail. I'm glad I chose this location. I booked the truck and dollie 2 weeks in advance, and they had both available with a clean truck.
