If you are looking to rent a U-haul I definitely recommend this location on 34th and seeing either Zachery, Erik or Luke. I had an issue with trying to book a reservation and there was some misunderstandings but when I came in Zachery took care of me and made sure I had everything I was needing. He made sure my price for mileage was correct. He wasn’t going to be there the day I needed to pick up the truck so he told me to see Erik or Luke. The day came for me to pick up the truck and both Erik and Luke were there they knew of the situation and took great care of me. Erik did the paperwork and Luke got the truck cleaned up and made it nice and cool for me to drive. This level of customer service was 100%! The communication amongst all three of these nice men was amazing. So if you need a u-haul come see any one of them. They will treat you like family and will take care of you. They are efficient and hardworking and they truly care about you and your needs. Thank you so much y’all I appreciate all you did.

We showed up to the store to pick up our trailer, that we reserved in advance, and it took 30 minutes for us to get the trailer paid for and out the door. We then followed instructions and asked someone outside for assistance finding it and was met with the man telling us rudely to go wait “down there.” The instructions were incredibly unclear so we went back and waited about 15 minutes so we could ask where to go again. 0/10 customer experience.

Worst rental experience ever!!! We have always used uhaul to move, and we move a lot. Took an hour to rent the truck for a 3 hour in town move. They charged my account twice for this. Called to talk to a manager (yep Karen move) was on hold for 45 minutes!!! No resolution. You will get your money back when we decide to get it back to you!!! So an $80 trip cost me $160.40. Like people can afford this now days. Theft theft theft !!!!! Worst uhaul store I have ever been to. Understaffed, manager passes the buck, blames employees. Avoid this location at all costs!!!!

The experience I had when the line to pick up reservation was handled incredibly well! I was upset when arriving and the line was real long after being asked to pickup early. So I called the female that asked me to pick it up early to complain of the wait time since I had dinner reservations and didn’t plan for 45-1hr pickup time. She immediately apologized but explained the original pickup in the morning would have taken longer. She handled my reservation over the phone and I was out of there in 15 mn. I didn’t know she was at home terribly sick and still helped me. She went the extra Mile to help me out!! I will use that location every time I need a rental !!!
