Very convenient location and easy to get in and out of. The manager was the one to help me check out my rental and she was super friendly and helpful because I was a hot mess. I was running behind on returning the rental and another employee called me to say just bring it back in the morning and assured me I wouldn’t be charged. Was able to return the rental with no problem and the manager even checked up on my personal drama. Definitely a great experience despite having to move by myself

Jennifer is amazing and I feel like I am working with family when I visit this location. I have used this U-Haul office for about 4 years now and I can’t think of any reason I would take my business to another. The service, the attention to detail and the customer service are unsurpassed. As a business owner I believe it’s important to acknowledge excellence and support them by recognizing their efforts but also providing them with incentives to keep them happy and thus keeping your clients happy. NOTE TO U-HAUL, don’t let numbers and budgets shift your staff and subsequently your clients. You have a good team! Make sure they know it!

The woman who was overseeing the store hung up the phone on me several times near closing. I had questions about dropping off the truck after closing. Because of her actions, I had to drop off the truck earlier than anticipated. When I arrived, she was on her personal cellphone with someone. She then tried to get another staff member to service me. She was very unprofessional. I won’t be back. The other two gentlemen were helpful and professional however.

Jen and her staff are the best there is! I had a slight inconvenience and I just want to say that they pulled through and helped out as much as they could! I really appreciate you and your team! I’ve been to different storages and this one is by far the best when exceeding customer service standards! I will always rent a U-Haul or unit at this location. I wish I would have got both guys names who helped me to give some recognition but I forgot. Thanks again

Jennifer and Jessica were hands down incredible with helping us rent a truck last minute. Some of the best customer service Ive had since moving to Houston. Dealing with storage units in the past, I would never rent anywhere else. Strongly recommend this location!
