I have to give a quick shout-out to Rudy! I made a reservation for a U-Haul with furniture Dolly's, but when I showed up they did not have anymore Dolly's. Rudy went and grabbed his personal dolly for me to use. This, accompanied by his great customer service, made my entire move possible. I appreciate his kindness and if I ever need to rent a U-Haul again I'll be coming here. Thanks Rudy!

Make sure the vehicle is up to standards before ranting it out. As for the vehicle I rented it was dirty in the cab and in the rear.. The Transmission seems like it was going Out. would not go over 40 mph. I was charged a extra $50 for cleaning fees for the vehicle. Being already dirty when I received it.

The manger was unprofessionally relaxed. He mad and unauthorized charge on my account. I guess he was ready to go home. But he was questionable cavalier. I was so disgusted I canceled my reservation and asked for a refund - including a refund for the unauthorized payment.

It was college move in day for Texas Southern and U of H and the location was extremely busy. That; however, did not stop the employees from being extremely kind and courteous. It was a great reflection on how well things can go dispite unfavorable heat and increased customer demand. I think it was Kiara, who was working the front desk and then another gentleman was out in the vehicle area. As my sister and I were about to try to life a TV console table alone, he picked it up and put it into the van for us, apparently knowing we'd never be able to do it. Thank you both for making our moving day easier.
