Staff is sadly trained and have bad attitude every time I go The place is a mess and the staff are slow to respond and can't seem to figure out what they are doing had to wait to make a payment because they didn't know how to do the payment. Try to call the place you can't know body wants to be bothered with phone calls yet they sitting on their cellphones goofing around while the customer line is clear out the door. Expect to be 30 plus minutes every time you need to pay your bill or get a new gate key that won't work until you have to go back 2 or more times. Truly sad to say that uhaul has a staff unfit for the job. The last crew was amazing fast and they all left the same day. tells that they should have found a solution to the problem because the problem is know a crew that is destroying what was a good place with happy people working and enjoying their time at work. Go sit down and watch the whole crew down there now it's like somebody died or they just zombies when they do move if you lucky enough to see them actually get up to do anything other than to order food them they fast to get they snack on. Don't believe the fake reviews don't trust your stuff with these people who are getting their friends to post fake reviews to cover their failures it's truly sad. This so called New manager has ran this place down in a hurry. The Lot is a wreck could not even get to my storage area for 3 days. nobody will answer the phone for weeks now went by a few times to the office nobody was there. Never had any issues with the young lady who was there before she and her staff had a great team vibe and can do attitude . The place was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Now it's like the dead are working no life and no care in the job they should be doing but to lazy to do anything. Seen so many ubox with people's personal items left out by the road over night people are sleeping on the property many people in cars hanging out and staying in units. Run away from what this place has become. Will never do business again with the unfit people who are ruining the place after years of being a customer and storage unit renter I moved out worst part nobody has even noticed or contacted me about my unit being open and I left stuff in there. Go Rob the place nobody is watching anything back fence is tore down for weeks free game help yourself cuz nobody there will care. Truly sad to see after seeing what it once was to now.
