Was there on 11/29/23 @11am to buy 6 bottles of propane. For the 3rd time in two months the "lady" working there screamed across the parking lot at me in front of customers"Im busy, you have to wait." Customers were already there waiting. for propane and had waited over 35 minutes already, to fill 2 bottles and warned us " don't press the button she will come out and scream at you" and she certainly did.After 20 minutes the first two times she finally came over and would not fill more than 4 bottles and demanded my 70 year old wife put the bottles on the scale and remove them after filled, yelling at us all the "time she hates propane and the company will not give her help". HORRIBLE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BE AWARE. Blanding U Haul actually asked us for our propane business and they.will get all of it from now on. Totally opposite experience of 103rd St experence. Today, in front of two propane customers and a rental crustal this "lady" basically had another meltdown. If I owned that franchise I would certainly want to know how much business i am losing. Check the tapes. I will sacrifice convience for a location that appreciates my busines wants for better customer service and a location that wants my business. WHAT A CONCEPT!!

What a hideous experience trying to use the Ubox service from U-Haul. Just a pointer for anyone looking, I ended up using uPack and they provided unbelievably spectacular service. Unlike UHaul who confirmed delivery of a container for a specific date in writing. Then called 6 days prior to say they only have one employee that can deliver a container and they were going to be taking time off. I had scheduled a cross country flight, accomodations, rental car in order to load the container. All based on a confirmed reservation. Speaking with multiple people at this location, "I'm sorry" was never even uttered. Basically I could change the dates, with no guarantee of their one employee being available, or just go away. I was told that the reservation is meaningless until confirmed by the local store. Couldn't find that in my confirmation. I immediately switched to uPack and for the same exact dates with a 6 day lead time, I didn't have a single issue. Everything they promised was delivered. Everything was done on time. Never once had to deal with a rude person the way that I had to with U-Haul ubox service. Having one employee available and then putting all the blame on the customer with zero regrets is an interesting way to conduct business. Buyer beware.

I will like to make an complaint and file an report on the management or employee whomever work at the front office at this location 7052 103rd St Jacksonville, FL 32210. My Reservation #:74974116. It was canceled because the clerk decided to not rent to me because she wasn't doing her job. Furthermore, she lied and said I was being hostile and irate. What happened to customer service and the customer being right? She abandoned her work station no one was there to service me nor other customers that arrived. In addition, not once did I ever disrespect her or call her any derogatory names, insults or more. I'am deeply disappointed, and she's very distasteful.

The customer service is non existent. Further, when I rented a 10' Cargo van, I let the representative know I would be paying cash upon my return and not to use my credit card. She said "no problem ". That meaning, no problem for them; not me. They charged my card for $92.72 and took my cash. The total trip cost me $67.00. which was the cash that I paid. Because No One will EVER answer the phone, I had to drive 30 minutes back over there to be told by a new employee that my money would be returned in a few days. sic (after they had made some interest in the market.) So, essentially, I have been temporarily burgled. Don't rent from them unless you are only going to use your card. Also, the truck was in need of a new transmission. I didn't think I was going to get up the bridge. The cab reeked of cigarettes and the dolly I rented was not fastened in the van so It slammed into the front of the cab when I had to brake. Go somewhere else or pay your friend to use their truck...
