I would give 10 stars if I could! Lay, the young lady who assisted me provided amazing customer service. She was so kind in helping me to figure out solutions for safely packing my belongings. She went out of her way to help again and again. She fixed a truck rental reservation issue that I had. And throughout my lenghty visit to the store aquiring moving supplies of all sorts, she continuously demonstrated absolute professionalism. Even when a demanding and rude couple repeatedly interrupted her while she was helping another customer. While they were being unkind to her, she maintained a positive and professional attitude and was courteous to them despite their appalling behavior. I absolutely recommend this location and commend Lay specifically for exemplary customer service going above and beyond the call of duty. After my completely useless experience at a different uhaul location the previous day, her kindness, helpful attitude, and courtesy were a true blessing.

Helping my daughter move from Austin TX to Philly! A 15’ truck filled almost to capacity. We arrived at the Overbrook UHaul and were so pleased with the service! In addition, we had a lovely offer from Nigel, a young employee to help unload the truck. He was delightful and we very much appreciated his work with us. Thank you Nigel! I have been dealing with U-haul since the late 1990's. I showed up early this morning before they opened and the two gals that were there were already opening up and getting things ready. They were so super pleasant. And because of the kindness I was shown it made everything awesome! They were prompt, early, disciplined, and was setting up shop before the opening hours! It was very clean and the restrooms were super clean! Jamira did an impeccable job! I was so very pleased with the two ladies especially Jamira, who took care of my needs. THIS IS THE UHAUL TO GO TO WHEN YOU NEED A TRUCK OR STORAGE OR SUPPLIES for your move! It is worth the drive to run into these two ladies again. They were awesome!. What great representatives (Ambassadors) for U-Haul. UHaul doesn't have to worry about this store. I have been a manager for over 30 years and Jamira would be one that I would start looking at for top top management!
