It's been (5) months now since we cleared out our U-Box right in their parking lot. Walked in to the warehouse office and asked if there was anything we have to fill out before we left. "Nope, have a nice day." We've been charged every month since for storage. Been told 4 separate times over the phone that the manager would call to rectify their continued stealing from us but nothing still end of July. In the process with credit card company to cancel and notifying the Better Business Bureau to keep away from this poorly operated company.

I cannot recommend U Haul or the U Box experience ( in general) or the moving help contractors listed on their website to others. The system relies on contracting out for moving labor. The moving labor contracts with insurers, who layer in loopholes which are not communicated or intuitive in any way. The end result being that NO ONE takes any responsibility for damage while pointing fingers at the other contractors. It is reprehensible and poor business practice.

Holy hell!!! It tool 3 hours to get the truck and uboxs, they didn't have the card on file but the reservation, no one here is helpful but Daniel. They even loaded someone else's ubox on our trailer that we had to drive all the way back for. horrible experience

Dysfunctional, takes 3+ hours to offload 1 box at this location. The forklift drivers need to wake up a little they look very confused here!

This place took more then 2 hrs to get loaded been here in the past never took this long always knew when I had a pick up here knew it would be fast. I know they have to prioritize the customer but we have the customers box should get the same treatment
