Avoid this location at all costs. I’ve used U-Haul for years. The experience started when I pulled in the lot with my car. My passenger and I got out so he could drive the car away while I get the truck. One of the employees ran over to tell us we couldn’t park there. We replied that we were not parking, he is driving it away. The employee then asked if we are picking up a Uhaul to which we said “yes”. He then told us we couldn’t park there again. We said we aren’t, to which he said “are you leaving right now?” We replied “yes, we haven’t left yet because you’re asking us questions” in a pretty irritated tone at this point. He put his hand out like a cop saying “sir please talk normal”. I told him to please leave us alone and that I am picking up via mobile. A very annoying start. Next, the mobile pickup required me to use the counter instead. I learned that because they were shuffling so many trucks, they changed my truck assignment multiple times which required me to wait in a 10 -person line. They didn’t even enough furniture dollies to rent the 2 I had reserved and prepaid for. When they finally pulled the truck around, they gave me the keys and had parked two trucks blocking the exit. The two trucks were for people behind me in line that hadn’t been served yet. All in all, my reservation was at 9:30. I pulled at the lot at 11:08. Bad. Bad. Bad.

The air conditioner in the location was down and the poor employees had to deal with it. Million dollar corporation, please take better care of the people who make you your money. Truck was fine and affordable though.

It was a very quick and stress free experience. The rental and the return was very smooth. I extended my time through the app in a matter of seconds. I appreciate not having to race back during business hours to return the truck.

Customers should be told verbally that there is a $30 service charge for putting in gas. I was running low on time so I decided to spend the $5.50 for the one gallon I needed to put in, I would NEVER have chosen to pay $35.50 for a gallon of gas. Absolutely despicable. No issues otherwise, but this is insane.
