The miles Quoted were much more than used. A 1000 miles more that I was charged for. That us not exceptiable. My first quote was correct $1800.00. The charge when going to the Bronx and paid $2389.46. That us a difference of almost $600.00. I was robbed at your company. No refund of such amount, you robbed me.

I was able to easily book, pick up, and return the truck. Staff was initially friendly until they made a mistake by misplacing my rented hand truck and furniture dolly. They proceeded to gaslight me into thinking I didn’t returning while I was well aware that I had placed the items in the back of the box truck and returned everything to them. Wanting to charge me $100.00 for each item which were well beyond worn and used. I had to assure them I had video evidence of me loading the truck to return and haven’t heard from them since.

My experience with this U-Haul location in the Bronx was extremely disappointing. The staff treated me with blatant disrespect, overcharging me without explanation and dismissing my concerns entirely. The atmosphere felt discriminatory, leaving me feeling unwelcome and undervalued. I strongly urge others to avoid this location to prevent encountering such poor service and unfair treatment. There are better, more reliable options elsewhere. Don’t go there period!

I was until I was charged 54$ for late drop off, when I clearly was there at time I was supposed to drop off I was parked there for a while looking for someone to confirm my drop off but there was no one, I left the key in the truck and left it where I picked up from and still was charged late fee. Not right at all!!!
