Customer service is great but I'm not satisfied with the way truck rent is charged. When I had reserved online, it showed 15 ft truck rental for $29.95 + tax and mileage charge of $0.89/mile. When I was picking up the truck at the location, I was told, I'd be charged $54.00 plus mileage if I return the truck at the same fuel level as when I pickup. At pickup time, fuel tank level was 1/8 th. They said if it's 1/8 th when I bring back, then I'll be charged $54.00 + mileage but if I bring back with fuel level at 1/4 th then I'll be charged $29.95 + tax + mileage as shown on web portal. They said it's UHaul's policy. Normally, if you bring back the vehicle with same fuel level as when you start, then there's no additional charge. I feel UHaul's policy needs correction.

Mr Phelps who helped check in my rental was awesome and hand down the friendliest and welcoming person I have ever dealt with in my many years of renting from Uhaul. If he isn't in charge of training your new hires at this location (or several locations) you need to reevaluate your operations. Wish I had 10 of him on my staff.

Nothing to improve. I’m very big on customer service and the gentleman that assisted me, provided exceptional customer service. Knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. This goes to the gentleman that assisted me when I returned the vehicle. I received excellent service from this location. I’m definitely spreading the word and will keep this location as my go to Uhaul rental.

This company is so trash. When you are trying to talk to customer service, there is no option for account help. So your customers can have accounts online but you didn’t plan for anyone to help them with their account? I have been online for 1 hr and the only option that can help me talk to someone is only when I need a rental. Like how stupid can that be
