There should be no reason a line should be this long at Uhaul. I'm not sure who the manager is now, but who ever they are runs this store poorly. This woman is always in here by herself working the lines. It doesn't help thats she slow. The problem is she's by herself. The guys out side who do the trucks are slow also and don't help. This location fell OFF.

They have made my moving process so quick and easy. I didn’t reserve a van until I got there and I was in and out. Then dropped the vehicle off once done with no hassle. Thank you so much!

Truck smelled like someone recently smoked marijuana. There were ashes all over the cab. I waited an hour to get my truck that I reserved. Terrible Update: after speaking with customer service I was told someone would contact me and no one ever called me. I'm disgusted by this whole event. I will forever recommend ppl to not use uhaul. Not only that but they just charged my card for another 10$. Scammers

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!! I was told that this location was not my drop off location after I reserved it to be my drop off location. Then I was told that I would be charged $318 if I didn’t return the truck to where I picked it up at which was not my drop off location and was 45mins away from where I was. They advised me to call Customer Service in which I was transferred to multiple people who did not help me and kept hanging up on me! Definitely my first and LAST time using this disgusting and ignorant location and company!

I reserved a Uhaul 3 days before I needed it with 3 different doll's. Got to Uhaul and the line was long with one person working who was very rude. Than had to buy a dolly for $65 although I reserved 3. Did not enjoy the experience was in line for 45minutes.
