Today after getting propane the worker asked me to pay over his phone for the propane. I have him my cc and super nice guy but not sure why he used his phone for me to pay

I just want to say thanks to all the phone and in person employees. We changed around the reservation somewhat and everyone made the process seamless. The main guy who works in store was so nice in changing my reservation. Then the following day, he helped my son and I check in the vehicle quickly to make it to the airport on time when my uhaul app encountered a technical error. Thank you!!

Thieves break in to personal vehicles left in the lot. Employees know this and do not warn customers. There are no signs, cameras, security. Employees seemed sorry when I discovered my window smashed, but never said a word the previous day when I picked up the rental truck. They said it is a daily occurrence, that the rental vehicles are broken into and gas stolen, but the business owners seem to do nothing about it. I am seeking advice from my lawyer regarding this. My insurance deductible is $500- I will seek reimbursement for at least that amount, plus the pain and suffering due to not being able to lock it up for over a week due to no available appointments for glass repair. I have used this location in the past and left my car no problem. Will never use u-haul again.

make sure the gas hose is connected before leaving the lot. Seems this is disconneted at night to prevent theft, but caused me to spill much gas when attempting to fill. the gas attendant told me I was the 3rd gas spill in a Uhaul truck at his location. You guys trying to hurt someone?situation was/is extremely unsafe. I was also told i would receive $25 credit for a different matter on my last rental I made a few days earlier. i still have not yet received. I've mentioned it several times to the employees buy they always say come back tomorrow. I've been back many times. they dont care.said i had to speak to manager, but he's not in. They were able to contact him when i called roadside assistance for gas spill. Im just glad i didnt catch on fire.

This UHaul facility, has been my best UHaul experience, to date. As long as I’m in the Bay Area, this will now be my facility of choice, especially thanks to Zach, the 1st one to take care of me, on my very 1st visit. Also, his manager (Javier), also gives me great service, when Zach isn’t available.
