Took my 2024 Mazda CX-90 there for trailer hitch installation. Overall was a great experience. Parts and labor are very reasonable. Staff and technician are polite. Highly recommended.

The customer experience at both checking out the truck and checking in the truck was poor. The employees looked as if I was a burden to them and never cared to look at my face when speaking or carefully explaining why my charges were higher than originally expected. I understand that business needs to be expedited but you can at least provide the courtesy of looking in the face of your customers and pretend as if you’re happy to be there.

A complete waste of time. A simple bike hitch installation became a 3 ring circus. Communication among those working at this location was beyond poor. My initial contact with service representative, Kelley, went very well. Beyond that, scheduling was a joke. After 2 weeks of waiting for parts to arrive, and trying to get the hitch properly scheduled and installed, I will need to go elsewhere. There were several calls that I made myself to try to confirm the scheduled dates and when the appointments did not coincide, my number was taken with the promise of a return call, which never happened. Arriving at 7am on the supposed scheduled date and then being asked to come back at 9am and still not having the appointment in the books is how this ended. They just couldn't pull it together. Very disappointing. I wish I could say this was all "without a hitch" and be happy about it.

Crazy-slow, long wait. Friendly but overburdened staff. We waited for more than 30 minutes just to return a trailer. I had to leave for a doctor appointment and couldn't keep waiting. Finally, it was suggested that we process our return online (we did)and we ended up being charged double! I have a call in to their customer service to try to resolve the overcharge, but I won't hold my breath. Get these people some help!!!
