Juan took care of me on Sunday 9/1/24. He was hustling to keep up with demand and to keep the flow of customers moving. He told me he normally does mechanic work and was thrust into a customer service role for the huge demand on August 31 to early September for moving trucks. The entire staff at this location did a commendable job. Juan should be promoted and/or given a pay increase. He’s a valuable employee, in my opinion.

Have enough staff so you don't wait an hour in line when I had a reservation. Also clean the van. It was disgusting. Windows we so dirty. Steering wheel was sticky and grimey as well as the entire van. The transmission slips. I just brought it back and waited again in line. Finally a lady comes out said just leave the keys. We will send you an email. Worst service and vehicle ever. I went and rented another from a different company.

What's the purpose of ordering online when we still have to stand online waiting? There should be a lane for people who already reserved so they can go faster. Why are we being asked the same questions that have been answered online? If I say no for insurance online, there is no need to ask me again. And, finally, when they are late giving us a truck, the return time should be changed. I was in line waiting to be seen. I got the truck around 12:00 noon - the guy had the nerves to tell me to return at 3:30 PM.

Millie was a joyful person! Everyone was friendly, engaging, and super helpful. The line moved quickly and I was checked in and out smoothly. I give this location my highest recommendation.

Place is very short staffed. People to park in the entrances. People to park in no parking effectively blocking the front handicap spots. I watched this women park outside the door with 4 kids in the back yelling at them for 45 mins while waiting for someone inside. 5 and 6 year old kids running across the parking lot because their parents left them all in the car and the line is 50 mins long. 1 maybe 2 people working. Long wait times mostly due to walk-ins and people assuming their will be vehicles available when most are booked weeks in advance. Stupid people being stupid makes it hard for everyone else. Aside from people not o owing how to park the long wait times could easily be fixed by paying people more money which would result in people wanting to work here and you wouldn't be short staffed. How can you run out of inventory every day, but not have enough money to pay people so you have more than 2 workers.
