From the the first phone call to the end of our move and everything in between, ever part of the UMC operation was fair, honest, and knowledgeable. They were totally professional; they really know what they are doing!! We called UMC in a panic, our mover cancelled the morning of our schedule move. Bill got on the phone with us, he calmed us down, and assured us we would be taken care of. He gave us a fair competitive quote and working within our difficult schedule (moving from one office to another in Manhattan). The UMC crew got to the office before we did! They were efficient, courteous, and flexible. The finished about 2 hours ahead of our schedule!! I have never written a review for any company, but UMC stands out!! UMC did a superb job from planning to moving our office across Manhattan from/to a Class A Building. UMC's staff are professional, courteous, organized, responsive, experienced, and adept at handling any challenge. They offer superior logistical support and customer service. The move was cost-efficient and time-efficient, juggling various freight elevator constraints, instant unpacking of files and large items, and removal of boxes within a few days. Questions were answered immediately and everything was delivered in perfect condition. I am impressed with the care and professionalism of each member of the UMC Team. I highly recommend UMC!

Moving a company is hard but UMC made it bearable. Right from the start the process was smooth. Quick and courteous service from the office staff; they were there to assist you at any time. Move day was smooth too. The trucks rolled up and carts rolled onto them and off they went to the new location. The actual move was completed in just a few hours. Thank you UMC!
