Excellent! 9/10 Call: ABF FREIGHT for U-Pack reservations. It was all so easy, they drop, you fill and lock, they deliver. Reasonably flexible with pickups, on time, courteous driver, professional communication, great, clean! Moved cross country with confidence that my belongings were safely moved.Only got 4Stars because I don't give 5's out easily.....but the ARE 5star!!!

Used U-pack to move cross continent from Canada. Delivery took a week longer than the timeframe originally provided (thus the -1 star), but service was impeccable on both ends. Customer service is always available to help. I opted for service center to service center to save myself the trouble of having to organize movers. Saved a couple hundred bucks in the process!

This was the best thing we could have done for moving to another state. The price was better then renting a U-haul, at the time, and we did not have to drive or pay for fueling the truck. The process was easy and we had zero extra costs, in fact it ended up cheaper then the quote as we did not use all the space. Customer service was professional and very helpful.
