Do not go with the company. Katherine promised $995 and I end up paying $1200 and took $300 on 3/4/24. She promised that my vehicle will be delivered within 4-5 days and it should have been delivered 3/9/24. Guess what, their selected transportation company UB transportation is still keeping my car in Los Angeles parking lot and today is 3/10/24 and they haven't even started their journey. This means even if they leave tomorrow 3/11/24, it would still take a week and hopefully will be delivered on 3/16/24. But, there is not a guarantee that they will leave tomorrow. Katherine only works from 7-3pm and she will not answer after 3pm and Sat/Sun. Do not go with Sonic and you will regret it!!!

The driver was very professional and deadline driven. Communication and status update was very helpful. Upon delivery has the same service as the pick up.. also, rate and cost given before pick up did not increase on delivery. Door to door service is door to door.. thanks Mr Jay..you know someone is a pro if he had Janet Jackson headphone mic setup. Thank you, Rx330 ca to va..

Don’t use this trucking company!!!! I’ve used Montway twice. I’m a travel nurse and it’s my go to. The first time was a breeze! The second time they had UB transportation deliver my car and I ran into some issues. 1. My these people charged me bc I had belongings in my car. Montway let’s you know how much you are allowed to have in your car. This man still charged me. The day he was suppose to deliver my car it was suspicious. He informed me he was 30 min away,but ended up texting me a hour and 15 min after stating he was outside my gate. I was in the process of getting my belongings together for work and have a certain work bag that was in the car. I had a stethoscope box in the inside of my bag. In that box I had my Apple Watch,l and charger so when the next time I go to work, everything is there. I opened the box and ITS GONE! I’m heated! I’ve tried calling Montway and waiting for an answer. Ill use Montway but will refuse their services if this company is delivering my car! and will inform my other colleagues!

they also go by the name us auto shipping. They do a bait and switch on the price. don't use them any 5 star review is fake. Google the numbers and names. Ronnie Gray, Nathan Shine who also is Nathan Schine...all shady and you will pay more than what they tell you 10 out of 10 times. the 1 and 2 star reviews are real.
