By far the worst delivery experience I have had from any company. Context: My building is under construction and is very specific about letting delivery companies use the service elevator. This being said, speaking with building management I was allowed to have the elevator used for this set of deliveries. I have been waiting over a month for this couch and other furniture to be delivered. Today, I missed a call from the delivery driver and within 5 minutes he had made the decision to leave and not deliver the items. He claimed that he wouldn't be able to make the deliver because the construction workers told him he couldn't. This is completely false, as I called the building management and they said all they would have to wait is 20 min for the elevator to free up. Keep in mind the delivery window was 10-2pm and they arrived at 9:40am, so this would be on schedule according to their timing. And I had given them a heads up over a week prior that the building may ask them to wait a little bit and that the company should plan accordingly. To compensate for the time waiting, I offered both the delivery employees $100 each if they would wait the 20 min and they refused. They said they would try and come back later and never messaged me, even after I messaged them and mentioned the $100 offer still stood. As a result of this failed delivery, I have to wait yet another week for my delivery. Do yourself a favor and avoid this delivery company if you can. And if you must use them, make sure you plan out how to receive your items in an extremely accurate timely manner, as they will just drive away.

After waiting 6 weeks for delivery, UKAY sent an email with a date. I called about what time of day because I have a job and don't spend my days sitting in a house waiting on goods to be delivered. They attempted delivery with less than a few hours notice but I WORK. Now they are not being helpful about the reschedule, it's another long indeterminate amount of time. If you value your sanity, your time and your money find a company with communication skills that is both professional and adult enough to take responsibility for their mistake. CHOSE ANYONE ELSE.

Ukay held on to my furniture for 6+ months while the home I was having built was delayed. Danielle was very understanding and responsive as the delivery date was pushed out numerous times. The delivery men were very very careful as they brought a large table up a set of narrow stairs and a bed up two flights of stairs. Very appreciative to everyone who worked with me during this time.

The service they provided was beyond my expectations, and it is rare a mover or delivery person is as thoughtful and gentle with the furniture. First, they took off their shoes without me having to ask. Second, they made sure the floor and table was protected from scratches as they assembled it. Third, they were gentle and did not drop anything, bang stuff around and generally walked lightly on the floor so as not to bother my neighbors below. And, of course they were friendly and helpful.
