Thieves!!! Stay away! I have called and reported the stealing and they do nothing about it. My mom has been using this company for years to send to the Dominican Republic. They steal everything from coffee to clothing. Enough is enough!

Communication isn't always great. Sometimes they don't come at all to pick up a delivery and you're left waiting. Once they do come, the workers are great!

Not reliable at all. They say they will pick up your package and after waiting and confirming all day. They call at last minute 8pm to tell you that they can't pick up your package because customers that were going to send 1 now are sending 10 packages even though they only reserved to send one. Due to this they now have no room to send your package that was actually reserved. Terrible customer service. The person I spoke to needs training on how to work with customer. Springfield location.
