I was offered a refund on my recent transport if I agreed to take down a review. It's been over a month. This business claims to be family owned, but it is not family operated. Some of the reps do not speak english well and can be very rude. I had to physically push my own vehicle onto the transporters truck and call a family member to come with their pickup truck to hook my car to the pickup truck and pull my vehicle off of the transporters truck at the pickup site. I kept trying to get an updaye on my vehicle to no avail. My car arrived 6 days later. One lady just flat out lied to me and I knew she was lying. She was just making up details about where my car was. Shame on you guys for operating in such an unethical way. The driver showed up to drop my car off 6 days later at 6 am with no heads up and threatened to take my car to Florida and I could come get it from there. One guy was so aggressive.A hung up on him and he started texting me. I had to block him. I paid $1500+ to be treated like this. I was lied to multiple times.

I’ve never thought of choosing a transport company without checking reviews over internet. After getting service from Ultimate Auto Transport it would be worthless spending time exploring over internet. Anyway, highly recommending this company.
