I don’t know how it took me too long to write this! But let me just tell you that Gus, went above and beyond for my friend and I. She was visiting from Canada and I needed a last-minute driver to the Napa Wine country. and Boy could not be more with the service. Gus was extremely knowledgeable in the area, knew so many wineries to suggest. Catered to all of our needs! On top of just being a driver, he had a great personality. We even invited him to join us down for a glass of wine because we enjoyed his conversation so much! I could have asked for a better driver! I highly recommend and will be using him again! This review is for a private driver and tour of Napa. First of our driver was Gus. He was absolutely a wonderful person to work with. From our first interaction of text to the finish of our tour , he was professional, punctual for pickup and responding to texts was always immediate. He made my sister's 40th birthday so memorable. He made recommendations for wineries, restaurants, and just drove around to show us the beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Gus for all your personal driver/tour guide needs. He has a great personality, and very knowledgeable about the area. Could not recommend enough! Keep up the great job Gus, you are a very valuable asset to Ultra Lux Transport.. he will be my go to person for any visits to the area.
