Drivers tailgate you through residentials / roll stop signs to stay on your bumper, and the on the freeway fly up the exit lane to jump over and cut people off. Maybe someone should let them know that doesn’t take much time off their route?

Your driver cuts through traffic like a race cat and will cut people off. He almost hit me I had to change lanes to not smack into him. This is how your drivers are I can only imagine how bad this company is.

Always late. The most expensive "exclusive" service is supposed to be a straight delivery but it's not true. They will take 2.5 hours to drive what should take 40 minutes, so clearly they are not delivering just your delivery, they are batching it with other deliveries. That would be fine at the lower tiers, but not at the "exclusive" level.
