Highly recommend! Josh and Blake helped me out with my recent move, and they were unexpectedly fast, efficient, and careful with all of my items. I anticipated it to take about 2-3 hours to complete, but they were done in about 1 hour. Very nice and professional guys. Undergrads also has very clear pricing and policies and reasonably frequent and comprehensive communication. I will definitely be using this company again!

Heads up. If they break something on your move you're only getting 60 cents per pound of weight of the item. They don't reimburse you based off the value. I found out the hard way when they ripped the upholstery on my couch in 3 places. You could have a $300 vase that weights 10 pounds... you're getting $6 if they break it. You could have a $20 chair that weighs 10 pounds, you're getting $6 for it. Makes no sense and is a scam. The movers were nice. Good kids. Mistakes happen. But I cannot trust this organization to take care of my items, and most importantly cannot trust they do the right thing if they make a mistake on their end.

I hired Undergrads to help me and my mother load furniture from my third-floor apartment into our U-Haul. I moved into the apartment without movers to help, and needless to say, it was a hard challenge with no elevator and the Charlotte summer heat. Our movers, Joshua and Mackenzie, did an amazing job and I’m not sure we could have successfully moved everything out of my apartment without them. They were professional and efficient, and their service was excellent!

Hired undergrad movers for a move on 8/11 for a local move from a rental property to our newly purchased home. The movers arrived on time and were friendly. Unfortunately they dropped an item on the stairs and broke the stair as well as placed a hole in the wall. I immediately took pictures and pointed it out to the moving team as well as contacted the moving company. I called and got no answer but they did text and I informed them of the incident and sent pics. Upon arriving at the new property the movers placed the object that was previously dropped onto a piece of cardboard box and slid it across hardwood floors causing a scratch in the floor of our new home. I know accidents happen but in my experience with movers this crew was not experienced nor trained properly in how to move large items of furniture. Now I was never offered a refund for the move but was instructed to submit a claim with their claims company and did so but was informed they can take 30 days to review and respond to my claim for the damages done at the rental property. I have to be moved out in a week from the rental and in my opinion this is clear cut the movers responsibility for the damages and should not take 30 days to even begin processing. I will most likely have to pay the damages myself and wait to be reimbursed if they don’t play the old “drag this out and they will just give up” game. The moving company sent a request for a review and my opinion is this is a brawn over brains company for small easy moves. I wouldn’t trust them again for a large move. I intend to revise my review depending on how easy the claims process and attendance to the damages their movers caused turns out.
