They did lots of damage to my furniture. My floors . The 2 guys they sent were very hung over ! If it wasn’t due friends they would have totally destroyed my bedroom 2 sets of bedroom furniture. No help from the company to get things repaired. Sent many emails. Very heart breaking. How much damage was done . I had just my 2 sets of bedroom furniture and kitchen table. The other items was boxes and tubs , they did not put things in the rooms the boxes and tubs were clearly marked. My furniture floors and walls were damaged severely. These are just a few of the pictures.

Damaged my wall, front door and sofa. Price quoted on site was $220. My credit card was charged $303.85. That was including a tip of $59.00 that I did not authorize, $16 for gas that I didn’t authorize and they quit 30 minutes early.

I was lucky to get Drew R. and David or DD as i call them as my movers. They showed up on time and did a great job moving my stuff from one location to the storage. Very respectful and polite and mad me feel like my furniture was in good hands the entire time. i wish them the best luck in the future and would use them again.

We would NOT RECOMMEND Undergrad Movers. The movers didn’t come at our confirmed time. They were unaware that they would be assembling two end tables(which I had asked for mover who could assemble when the appt was made) and had NO skills to read and put together small pieces of furniture. They damaged walls. They didn’t complete task list. We called to report the damage to Undergrads Movers and followed their list of steps for filing a complaint and never have heard back. We continue to contact the company and no one will call us back. After trying for months, I can confidently say the company has no intention on resolving complaints. They try to create an appearance that they care but they do not. Once you pay them, you will never hear back from them. We DEEPLY REGRET USING UNDERGRAD MOVERS and want to save you from making the same mistake.
