From our first contact with Billy Justice over at Union moving and transfer, the experience for exceeded our expectations. We were moving from North Carolina to Tennessee. I had contacted a couple of other national movers and had been told that it would take up to five days for our belongings to get to our destination. When I spoke to Billy, he was able to give us a very reasonable quote as well as a 24 hour turnaround. The entire process was more seamless than I could’ve ever expected. Three men showed up on the day of the move on time and ready to work. They handled our belongings that like they were the Mona Lisa! Everything arrived on time and with no damage. The team who moved us were Noah, Mark and Angel. I can’t say enough good things about their kindness and efficiency. I would highly recommend this team if you’re doing a move in North Carolina.

Best moving company ever. We have moved 9 times in 33 years and have always had problems with movers but not Union Transfer. Jeremy and his team were professional and courteous and quick. No walls were damaged and the move went super smoothly.

I had a very expensive medical bed that was supposed to be delivered by another company. The truck didn't have 4x4 so he couldn't deliver the bed. He dropped it in my driveway and left. I panicked as inclimate weather was coming in. I called Union Transfer and Storage and talked with Jeremy. He miraculously pulled together a crew and then dispatched them within the hour. A crew of 4 showed up with a lift truck. They maneuvered the bed into the truck and got it to the house. They then put it on a flat bed dolly and wheeled the bed through the house. They unpackaged and set the bed up and took away the trash. This company went above and beyond and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you from me and my 92 year old Dad.
