It‘s the second time working with Unipack on relocation shipments. It was a pleasure working with such a professional team. All was properly packaged and delivered. People should not forget that always some small hurdles have to be taken (customs clearance exams etc) which could end up with some small costs at the port. The Staff at Unipack are doing their job with passion, professionalism and full engagement. Our goods were received without any damages and within the quoted transit time.

We made the move from the mainland to Hawaii. After looking around on the internet at different shipping methods and receiving a few quotes, we decided to go with Unipack. The experience was great! Michelle kept in close contact with us and guided us along from start to finish. Our household items arrived on time and with zero damage. Very professional and would use them in a heart beat, it we have another overseas move in the future. Thank you Michelle!

Incompetent and unprofessional. Please avoid this company at all cost. 2/14/2023 (update): The response from the owner demonstrates the true incompetency of this business.. we were in communications by phone & email for nearly nearly a month until the pick-up had to be cancelled days before the move because it was revealed that they had not looked at the detailed list of packed items (provided from the very beginning) nor had they performed their survey. We tried working with Unipack to find a solution, but they wanted to pick up everything before providing any sort of solution, and that simply was not going to happen. They wasted one month of our time and caused huge delays in our move.. Sincerely, David
