Excellent transportation service. I used this company to transport my grandmother recently, and I was very happy with the customer service and the driver. I definitely recommend this company for any transportation needs

Customer service/dispatch staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Disgusting in manner and tone. Lied about transportation whereabouts and its proximity to my location, which made me late for a very important procedure. I'd definitely recommend better customer service training.. Fortunately our driver provided above and beyond customer service and was helpful in any way possible. Too bad it wasn't a team effort.

Coming from a healthcare provider-this is an absolute trashcan company. They refused to bring one of my patients to his appointment because they didn’t have a big enough van-even though he specifically requested a van for 2 wheelchairs. Once they picked up his partner, they told him he did not need to call for pickup home. They assured him his partner would be picked up at 3pm to be brought home. Over 2.5 hours later, after the office had closed, they finally showed up. Our offices called the company 3 times and were given inaccurate ETAs each time. This person had to sit in their wheelchair in this office for over 4.5 hours. As a company, you should be ashamed of yourself. I would never recommend you to anyone. I would advise people to never use them.

Out of 6 appointments I had scheduled with them, they only showed up for 2, the first one they showed up 90 minutes late for and picked me up from that appointment 60 minutes late. One time I called to see if my ride was coming and was told my driver had picked me up meaning he was paid for taking me, but never even showed up. I did have one nice and prompt driver but my overall experience was awful. I'm paralyzed chest down, and it takes a lot of work to get up and ready only to sit there and wait or to receive a call that there are no drivers available, when I scheduled for a ride 2 weeks in advance.
