On numerous occasions in my life, Jack Trucks has saved me. To be fair, I have never used another moving company, so I can’t compare. But when you have experienced three moves and not a single scratch, you don’t need to go elsewhere. When my husband and I moved in together, he hired them to move him out, me out, and then us both in together. Seamless. And so this year, during Covid, with a very sick husband (not Covid) and a sudden decision to move across the country, I called Jack Trux. Carlos coordinated the move, talked me through how to prepare (we used a container to ship, so Jack Trux did packing and loading). Ryan, Bart, Roy and Casey showed up, and worked like wonders. I grossly underestimated the amount of work—they stayed until the job was done. Watching Bart load a truck is like the finest Tetris game you can imagine. During Covid, these guys wore masks and climbed two flights of stairs a million times, took care of my family and all our possessions, and I suspect that many of them had their own families and childcare challenges, so I am grateful to their families too. I think that’s what I love about Jack Trux: they are people you respect and apprecIate, who work hard and are good at what they do. Very good. The best. I cried when the container arrived in Maine and we unloaded every single thing and it was all here, safely. Every. Single. Thing. Thank you, Jack Trux. I hope you are all safe and well.

I've moved a few times, and I can definitely say that Jack Trux was the most professional and reliable moving company I have dealt with. This time around I had planned on using the same company I used for my last move, however they never bothered to return my phone calls. A quick check with my friends, and Jack Trux came highly recommended. The management office was very responsive and provided me with a quote that matched the final bill. The movers were great - for the first time I felt that I could actually trust my things in the hands of movers! First time referred by my daughter and really glad they worked on moving some of my daughter's furniture in San Francisco to my house in Bay Area. The moving were almost flawless except 1 minor mistake that they came back in 3 days to redo it in 15 minutes. Everything are perfect! Two gentlemen Roy and Javier are great workers.
